Ukraine uses GLSDB munitions to hit city in Zaporozhye Region

TOKMAK /Zaporozhye Region/, April 13. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces fired the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB) munitions, which were developed and are used by NATO countries, to hit the city of Tokmak in the Zaporozhye Region, operational services told TASS.

"The Ukrainian armed forces for the first time fired the GLSDB munitions, developed and used by NATO countries. These munitions are launched by HIMARS systems and were developed by Boeing and the Saab Group. Despite the fact that the GLSDB bombs are developed by the alliance’s countries, they are not in service with the United States," the operational services told TASS.
